If you were to peek behind the scenes of a real-life session in my studio, you’d quickly discover that boudoir is actually the most organized chaos you’ll ever step into; it’s where the real magic happens.
Because between the perfect poses and flattering light, there’s usually a battle with bra straps, laughter that turns into snorts, a lighting stand making a dramatic fall mid-pose, and yes, more than one client has accidentally let one rip. And I promise you, it’s all welcome here!
What Really Happens in a Boudoir Session (Spoiler: It’s Not What You Think)
One of the biggest misconceptions about boudoir is that you have to show up already knowing how to be sexy. Spoiler: you don’t. You don’t need to have “your angles” sorted or come with a Pinterest board of expressions ready to go.
In fact, the best moments happen when the performance drops. When you laugh mid-pose, when you say “is this weird or hot or both?” and when you get a cramp trying to arch your back. It’s real. It’s you. And I’m not here to capture a polished performance, I’m here to photograph you in all your fabulous, unfiltered humanness.
My Studio Is a No-Judgment Zone
There’s something beautifully freeing about stepping into a space where you don’t have to apologize for your body, your nerves, your giggles or your bodily functions. And yes, I mean everything! If your knickers get stuck in the wrong place, if you let one slip mid-pose, if your hair gets glued to your lip gloss, or you tell me a story you instantly regret—it stays in the studio!
And if you’re someone who swears like a trooper? You’ve found your people.
This is a safe space to drop the F-bomb as much as you need to. Honestly, it happens so often mid-pose that I’d be more concerned if someone didn’t let one fly. You’re not too loud, too much, too sweary. You’re just right. There’s nothing you can do that’ll shock me. I’ve seen every shape, stretch mark, scar, and sideboob wardrobe malfunction you can imagine. You are safe here, fully and completely.
I’ve Got You
I’ve done this a hundred times. While it might feel like a whirlwind on your end, there’s a calm plan running underneath the entire shoot. I know exactly how to guide you: which poses to start with to shake off the nerves, how to adjust your chin so it feels natural, when to crack a joke and when to just let you be. The lights are tested, the angles are ready, and I’ve already got music playing that’ll make you feel like the main character in your own story.
You don’t have to know what to do. You don’t even have to feel confident. That’s my job. You just show up as you are I’ll take care of the rest.

That kind of confidence isn’t the loud, look-at-me type. It’s the quiet, lasting kind. The kind that stays with you when you’re brushing your teeth in a t-shirt and suddenly think, damn—I really like her!!
